Hello, I'm FleurNyx but you can also call me Nova.I'm a hobbyist artist, I've been drawing for many years and have gained quite a bit of knowledge with character design. I am currently a University student studying to become a doctor.I do character art and illustration and I’m currently obsessed with making OCs and their lore.

Terms of Service

EVERYTHING BELOW MOSTLY APPLIES TO COMMISSIONS BUT CAN ALSO APPLY TO ANY ART I POSTGENERAL
- You can not use my art for NFTs or NFT related purposes. Attempting to do so will have you blacklisted.
- I have the right to decline a commission I am not comfortable doing.ARTISTIC LICENSE
- I reserve the right to apply artistic interpretation to your commission. While I will do my best to adhere to your vision, there may be instances where minor changes are made for the sake of composition, color balance, etc.PAYMENTS
- Half or full payment needs to be made before I start your commission. This is a requirement as a safety feature for me as an artist. To avoid doing work with no compensation, whether it be incomplete or complete, I would need at least half payment before I start working.REVISIONS
- As a client, you will be given a edit phase. Depending on the complexity of the piece, you will be given a range of 3 days - 1 week to make any edits you need to make, However there is a limit for drastic changes. You can only make 2 drastic changes to a piece (eg. Changing the pose to something completely different, changing the piece composition entirely, etc.). This editing phase is going to be during the sketch phase, before any major color work. After the editing period is over, additional changes will cost extra, the more drastic the change, the more costly it is due to the fact that it will affect the pace of my progress and change the delivery time. I personally do not allow revisions done after the designated commission window, so once your commission is completed you are no longer eligible for revisions.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- When ordering a commission please let me know what deadline you are working with so I can work with that timeframe and deliver to you as fast as possible. Please keep in mind that I am a student with other responsibilities. While I do update throughout the progression of the piece, you are absolutely free to message me and ask for updates. If you would like to place a rush order on a piece, there will be additional charges.REFUNDS
- As stated above, you get a chance to edit anything in the piece, however, once the piece is completed and you have confirmed it is done to your liking, you are no longer eligible for any partial or full refunds.
